No such handbook exist where you can lookup the right age to date.
It is all based on different factors that affect your daily life.
Consider these:
Are you emotionally ready for a relationship?
Are you physically ready for it? (believe it or not, it's hard work!)
Is your family OK with you dating?
Do you want to start dating because YOU want to, or because everyone at school is doing it?
Have you found someone you can say, understand's you and you're happy with?
At 13, life is just starting. Enjoy what you have now, focus in school and set your priorities, then look for a boyfriend.

I think 11 is a good age to start dating. I was laid at the age of 14 and man did I wish I started alot earlier. People will tell you to wait but, that is bad advice. Life is short, gotta get an early start.

I think that age ain't nothing but a number! If you think your ready then it doesn't matter what age you are. People mature at all different ages. If your going to date just make sure the person you choose is at the same level you are or it will never work out.

Well at about this age (13) I would start looking at how mature you are and what kind of decisions you are making... I know some 18 year olds that aren't ready to date!

If there are some questions you don't want to ask your parents, that's understandable. But while there's no "set" age when a young teen starts to attract, and be attracted, you'll need your parents consent. This is a good thing. It'll give them a heads-up on where your head is at. Fill them in...you might be surprised.

There isn't a set age, Once you fully understand what is going on then and only then should you pursue a relationship.

At your age, your ligaments are still growing. You should wait until they stop. You might get permanent damage if you don't.
