i have a bad breakup, but i still miss him and love him. i can't help wonder why guys could suddenly change, the times he said he was so much in love with you, to now, it seems that he doesnt care. the time he told me all his committment, sweet things, his plan for our future....were they all lies? if so, i m terrified, how can one tell so much lies?

My husband stopped his affair 7 mths ago after I found out. I have become pregnant now and i hope it will help our marriage. Does anyone know if this will help? Will he change? We already have young kids. I dont know much about the affair, I just want to think of the future.

How can I get him to get rid of some of his stuff? What can I say or do to help? Our house is small and there are piles of his stuff everywhere! There is barely any floor left to walk on! I have nothing left to get rid of to make room for his stuff! It is like a mental illness with him - he can't throw away anything!!!! HELP!

Why is it that every time you trust someone (ie. a man) and open your soul to a relationship. The first thing the someone does is take advantage and step all over you and treat you like garbage, ignore the children he so obligingly volenteered to create, and run your finances to the depths of hell. Causing you serious depression and wondering why the heck are you still here? Why is this so common an occurance?

My BF and I have this close friend, Jay. We've known her since were kids, and has been our closest friend. When we started dating 4 ½ years ago, she and I were closer then her and Chuck, and she told me that she thought he was abusive (he accidentally broke my foot once dancing, and years later, still feels horrible about it), and that he was obsessive because he loved talking to me. We’ve been best friends since we were born - so her saying this was dumb. Anyways, I told her to shut up, that it wasn’t true, and we moved on. Over the years, her and him have become closer - and I was ok with that. Now, however, she has become vocal about her HATERD of us. It started at a camping trip a bunch of us took, and we decided to sleep next to each other (something that is common…we are extremely close)- and she threw a fit. She yelled and made a huge scene, and had an huge attitude with us for the rest of the trip.

once i realized there is a slight difference i just had to ask that question? to me that's a hard question i would rather have someone who's smart because if you're smart, common sense won't be so hard to catch on too (am i making sense?) but anyway that's just me, what's your opinion?

This weekend I went to a party, and I made out with a guy at my university while drunk. He asks for my number, and I had no intention of following through. He calls me the next day and invites me out to dinner, and I respond that I am dating someone else and I want to keep it simple by seeing where it is going...which is true. I am dating someone else.

A couple days later I get a phone call from him, where we talk for say 20 minutes about random things and he invites me out to dinner again. I ask him if he got my message telling him that I was dating someone else, and he says yes. So then I say, okay, fine, I'll go out to eat with you. Then during the conversation, he tells me that I'm the prettiest girl he has seen in a while. Firstly, sweet talkers mean player in my opinion, and secondly, I thought he got the message?

What is he doing? Is he just trying to be friends now?

And what should I do? I enjoy talking to him, and I wouldn't mind being friends....but how?

I was with a woman last night and I am just like, man, this is pointless. I could handle this myself without the STD anxiety. I am a 27 year old man and I am just sick of sex. It is everywhere. Turn on the tv, sex. Radio, sex. Everything is sex! Give me a chance to actualluy want it! Stop throwing it at me from every angle and then coming at me from every other angle with anxiety inducing reports about AIDS being everywhere! Are you feeling sexed out too?

The thing is, I've been hanging around this guy who is probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He's shy, tall, super athlete and gorgeous. He broke up with this girl he was kind of going out with before and I broke up with my boyfriend of one year so we could be together. He is a really kind guy, so he didn't want me to hurt my old boyfriend, but I did anyways since it was about time. Anyways, we talk on IM every night and on the phone and hang out a lot. I Went away for a month this summer to New York and he was at home for most of his vacation. WE kept in touch by email and I offered to stay up late so we could talk together on messenger but he was a gentleman and said I didnt have to. The thing is, he was really kind the whole time until after I got back and checked my email I found an email from him saying stuff like I dont think we should be together, I hope you know what I'm saying and that you're not mad or depressed. I hope we can be friends but nothing more than that.
