When I was under 20 I was offended - no matter how cute the guy.
Now that I'm over 40 I would KISS any man who checked out my butt - whether he was attractive or not!

If the guy has a creepy, I want to do your butt look on his face, then I'm not flattered. But if he looks away and pretends he didn't just do it, then I usually rip my clothes off and do him wherever we are.

If the guy is attractive, then it's flattering. If he's ugly, creepy or cocky, then it's not offending, but just plain gross and scary.

That depends on if he's STARING, or just kind of glancing... and also if he's trying to hide it or trying to get me to notice. Slimy guys want you to notice, and stare... it's gross, and it makes you want to go home and wash your hands... It's only flattering if you catch a glance on accident, and they're ACTUALLY embarrassed about it.
