i have a bad breakup, but i still miss him and love him. i can't help wonder why guys could suddenly change, the times he said he was so much in love with you, to now, it seems that he doesnt care. the time he told me all his committment, sweet things, his plan for our future....were they all lies? if so, i m terrified, how can one tell so much lies?

His lies may have been a way to keep you in the relationship until he was ready to let you go. And you bought into that bullshit. When someone keeps talking about the future, but does nothing in the way of getting there...you have to begin questioning their motives and also why you have not moved on.

This question is unanswerable. People lie constantly. I know even honest men lie. I have a great husband but I have caught him in 3 lies the past 2 years. As long as they don't sleep around on you or betray you in a horrible manner. I have learned it is best just to move on and forgive them. They will learn from their mistakes. He hasn't lied to me since. Of course I gave him hell for lying, don't we all.

Lies comes out of compulsion and fear..got it?!...jus he didnt want to miss u and thats all the lies..and wen he is sure of geeting u as his partner..he stopped 'telling' that "he loves"..but may be he loves from his heart!!!...rephrase and ask urself that " how many times a guy can say the same thing in a relationship"....so think positive and never doubt a relation and ofcourse " you should have your eyes open". ....dont be blind!!!

well maybe its cause hes scared of letting himself have feelings for you since it didn't work last time. They probably weren't lies, but he probably just changed his mind cause he didn't believe that it was an option for his future anymore

Guyz can tell lies very easily. There are no limits in telling lies with guyz. Probably he lied to you.

i went thru excatly the same thing. and i thought women were more tempermental.
how can one tell so much lies? simple. it doesn't hurt himself anyway. why should he care?
