I hate being under pressure.....hate it. Some ppl i talk to are really attatched to me. ( i'm not trying to sound concided, honest) They all say they're dating me, but i didn't know that i was dating anybody! And now they're asking me who i like more, but i don't want to lose any friends, so i won't tell them. What do i do?

My sister's husband has raised her 4yr old son since he was 9mons and now he wants to adopt him. We can't find the baby's real father and we heard that we could run an ad in the newspaper but not really sure. Any info that you know may be helpful. Thanks

i am musician and a poet. i'm only 5'4", and my eyesight is bad just enough so that i wouldn't risk driving a car--so i don't drive by choice--hey, it saves gas AND lives haha!

but seriously, i am not loud and obnoxious, and i feel inferior sometimes, to these big, loud, shnazzy dudes who only seem to care about their fancy cars, sports, and all that (of course, to each their own! everybody's got their thing, i just can't really get into all that, and i guess that puts a further distance-maker upon my "challenge" to just stride right to a young Lady and have a conversation that last for more than 1 minute, before i probably turn red and stammer and don't know what to say next haha), who seem to treat women like crap, and it irks me so much, because it seems that women like the bad guys (at least it's a "phase" i hear, am i correct?--i mean no offense).

is it really totally up to the guy to do all advances, bceause that is society's "expected norm"?

My ex boyfriend and I brokeup b/c I cheated on him. And now he is crawling back to his ex my friend saying oh I love u and Steph ment nothing to me I only went out with her b/c it was her b-day stuff like that. I thought this guy like me, but now I am not so sure. He asked me if I was seeing this guy we both work with. I told him I had been but wasn't anymore. Since then he started talking to me when we are on break at the same time but today when he spoke to me for the first not in a group (usually they are several of us on break at once) he seemed in a hurry and really edgy. What does it mean? I though he might like me too but now I wonder if I annoy him or something?

ok so i have known my best friend since i was in pre-school and in the past couple years she has been doing stuff i don't agree with (sex, drugs, etc.). I have told her numerous times that if she doesn't stop this soon i'm not sure i want to be her friend. I am a christian and i have tried to help her and she promises me she'll change...but it never happens. so now i don't feel comfortable hanging around her because everytime i do she always wants to smoke, drink, sneak out, etc. I love her so much and i've never imagined us not being friends, but i just can't take it anymore. should i stay friends and keep trying to help her or just break the friendship off?

Do guys like they're girls to make them wait on "IT" or just like them to give it to them right away and not wait??? I dated a guy for 3 years in high school and 1st year of college. We are both with different people now and we've been chatting online for the last 6 months like nothing ever happened. I just told him I had a dream about us and his girlfriend (the one he had before me) and he said "if ya think i'm sexy come on let me know"-which are lyrics from a Rod Stewart song. I didn't take his remark seriously.. but the remark did spark something in my mind.

So anyway, what do you think? We've been broken up for 2 years now.

I met someone last saturday at a friends show. Turns out he works for the same company I do. We spent the whole night close, knees touching, drinking, talking laughing, I even played with his hair a little bit for whatever reason..you know..drunk talk/actions...

He left early and we all headed out to a friends party.

I emailed him the following thursday and they have been fun open ended emails i.e. : it was nice to meet you too, how are you? hows your weekend? blah blah blah

we've emailed friday as well, then I emailed him late last night around 11 b/c I knew he was still up working. He was nice but he seemed distracted, so I sent him a "sorry for bothering you, I know ur working", then he replied "no worries, I'm going to be up until 2am, I'm underwater with work right now" I said goodnight and he said sleep well.

I know that he's not aggressive with women and kind of shy. Do you think I've done enough to give him the green light? Or wait until he emails me now?

My wife and I married young and during the first 7 years of our marriage she had 9 affairs. I consider hugging or kissing another man an affair. She had only 4 actual "sex" affairs.

During her affairs I had one affair where I got the other woman pregnant.

My wife didn't leave me and I didn't leave her, everything has been good for us...New home, new car and new baby to add to our first child.

Then this year (12 years since her last affair) she tells me she has kissed another man she was working with. She said things got out of control and she is very sorry and it won't happen again.

I thought this was all over, I love her and she tells me she loves me, but I can't take anymore...I don't know if I can ever trust her again. Should I leave the one who I feel is my soul mate? Should I try and trust her again since I love her so much?

I'm just now beginning to realize the lyrics in that Kanye West song, "Gold digger", you know how it goes... "...got ya for 18 years..." and how true they really are. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if it was 2 kids and a wife... it's more than that though.
