This question is directed mostly at women i guess. In high school in the upper grades meaning junior/senior does it matter if a guy isn't popular but the girl is? Do most girls in this age depend on popularity as a determining factor or not? For instance is it possible or likely for a guy that no body knows his name to go out with a fairly popular hot girl?

My best friend is getting married in Pacific Grove on Monterey Bay. I am not from the area and neither is she or her friends, so we need some help with a location for her bridal shower. It will likely be on a Thursday evening or Friday afternoon. We would like a restaurant or a tea room where we can have a private room to play some silly games and hang out. There will probably only be about 15 people there. Any ideas???

I am 21 ,and this guy I like is 23yrs old, he is my Instructor for swimming classes for Saturday. I began to notice that I was Beginning to have feeling for him. I don’t know this guy I just know his age ,and that his of course a life guars. I don’t know if he has a girl friend I want to ask him, but I don’t know how to ask in a friendly way. I want to hang out with him to get to know him ,but I don’t know if this is a good idea because I am afraid that I may Jeopardize things. I don’t want to scare him away or to be tension between me and him when I have to go to my swimming class. I don’t know what to do I as well worry that I may make a fool of my self and get hurt, that he may not respond back to my feelings. I am falling for this guy and I don’t know what to do . his my instructor and is hard to tell him I like him or at leas ask him to hang out. If any body can pleases give me some advice I would really appreciated thanks.

My nephew and my son (who r both 7yrs. old) got caught with stolen property (laser lights that fit in your hand)my nephew is known for s h i t like this is always lying/stealing or getting caught playing with lighters. Any way when i found out about it i beat my sons *** for it and i told my sister what happen ( which i don't think she did anything to my nephew)any how i told my fiance and he said that i should put my son on punishment too . I believe that u should do one or the other not both. He also said that he can see something in my son that i can't and when i ask him what it was he told me that he thinks he is slick .he is just ababy still he doesn't know what being slick is. My son doesn't get into trouble i can always talk to him and he understands. what do u think ? If my man keeps on putting down my son i don't think i can go though with the marriage. i think he is jelous. My son really doesn't like him to much any way because he has only been around me. PLEASE HELP!

I've literally looked all through the mall, but I just can't find the right thing. Tomorrow I'm going to a place with Greetings and Readings (like Borders or a book store). There is this guy i really like. He knows i like him but i don't how he feels about me. I am going to get someone to ask him how he feels about me and wether or not i have a chance with him. The only reason i'm getting someone else to do it is because he won't open up to me. Should i get one of his mates who goes on his bus to talk to him(this fella knows the whole situation cos he seems to keep reminding him that i like him, i don't really get a long with him though). Or should i get his most closest mate to ask him. He doesn't know that i like this guy though, but he has quite a good chance of getting him to open up as well as the other fella. Who should i choose? his closest mate or another mate who actually know the situation. Please help me decide?

The reason why i wanna know if he likes me and if i have a chance is cos he sorta sends me hints, but i have no experince with this stuff and so i need to know for sure. I am really in love with this guy.

Its been a very long day I only got 3 hours of sleep last night and had many things to stress about.I about to collapse.

Well my girl was having unfortunate car troubles and just found out that It was gonna be a real expensive job to fix. Ive been in this whole before and it sucks.

Well she dont have much money and is way to proud to let me help her in this big way.Besides I dont have much $$$ myself.

She just called me to tell me the bad news that the mechanic said and that she had to call me so that she can hear me tell her that everything is gonna be allright. She had to let me go (Something came up) before I could really say anything.
I feel really really bad. I usually have the right thing to say.My brain is real tierd and numb and I just want to sleep but I wanted to at least leave her a text message first. But Im lost for words right now Im so tierd.
What can I say to confort her right now,Help.I got 160 letters to work with in my text

So I'm pretty sure I love this guy... ( we've been keeping things a secret ) Except I cannot tell whether or not he is still interested in his ex.
