There is this girl at work. She just started and I think I may like her and feel she likes me. She gives me eye contact a fair amont and I my instintcs are telling me she is interested. We have begun to talk some but not a lot yet. I dont know if she is interested and I dont know if I should do anything considering this is a coworker. How should I approach this and how can I read her because I tend to read girls wrong.

Is it bad to be a 21yr old (almost 22yr old) virgin? And by virgin, I mean never kissed, never done anything...at all...even though there's no real reason but shyness holding you back. the fact that everyone younger and older than you has done at least a little something and here you are having done NOTHING - you don't want people to think you're pathetic and look at you like 'are you serious?' Is that sad or should it not be an issue?

Well my friends cuzin came into town( he lives in cali.) and went camping with us and fam. he's 2 years older but funny, sweet, soooo cute and fashionable. we all sat down to play monopoly and he didnt make me pay rent and he was slipping me money( i was losing). then he was following me around making me laugh. i think he liked me .PROBLEM! he went back home to hispania or wat ever it is in california. i didnt get to say bye cuz my mom was in a rush to leave. i miss him and dont have his number. and i cant ask my friend cuz she doesnt like him. HELP!!!!!

im a married woman who has been separated for over a year. Im dating a man who is older than i am. Hes 55 and im 33 hes been there for me since my husband and i broked up i told him that i dont want him to get caught up with me cause im not ready for a realationship im just dating. I have asked a similar question before and gotten good responses. What I wonder about is when this person is around people who are mutual friends. Should I just allow the lack of resolution I feel to continue to exist along with conflicting feelings I have about this person...(part of me is greatful for something they helped me out with and would like to make things even, another part resents the way they handled ending the friendship, things that were said behind my back, and their refusal to listen to my point of view). The lack of resolution in my mind and my conflicting feels leave me constantly feeling unsettled and uncertain when they are around. Thus far, I have made no effort to say or do anything, but any dialogue they initiate never moves beyond Hi or a wave. It is not my desire to push this person to change their mind about anything, but at the same time there is a part of me that would like to resolve the conflict in my mind and another part that seeks resolution.

okay, so i was really retarted and asked a guy out last year when i had never talked to him before. he said no, nicely, but he avoided me at all costs... up until yesterday at band camp. he started talking to ME. i didn't even say a word to him, like normal. then, later that day he walked past me and looked at me like he always does but this time i smiled at him. he looked away, like always, realized what i did, looked back at me and smiled and said hey. then, today, i did that again, across a room, and looked away fast, but i looked back and he was looking down at what he was doing (Drumming) and smiling really big. we were also walking next to each other to get popsicals and we talked for a little.

does this mean he's changing his mind?? or is he just a nice guy?

what should i do? how do i approach this? i still like him, of course, but im not asking him out again, it could ruin the little we have. how do i go about flirting with a guy that used to hate me? should i? thanks
