There is this girl at work. She just started and I think I may like her and feel she likes me. She gives me eye contact a fair amont and I my instintcs are telling me she is interested. We have begun to talk some but not a lot yet. I dont know if she is interested and I dont know if I should do anything considering this is a coworker. How should I approach this and how can I read her because I tend to read girls wrong.

Well, ask her to go hang out or something and get to know her better, the better you know a person the easier it is to read them

Ask her to get some coffee or something...like a luncheon. but be wary..sometimes people act differently around work then when they are their normal selves. Lots of people have at-work relationships but then realize later that it only worked out at work talking about work. If you do get to know each other, be certain you have other topics to conversate about other than work!

Look for more signs, or you might get fired. If you're allowed to date with coworkers then go for it but look for more signs since you said you had a problem reading girls.

Keep it strictly professional, avoid at all costs any romantic involvment at work, as it leads to some odd situations if things turn south.

ask her out for coffee get to know her abit more and let her get to know u before anything happens just remember things can get funny in the work place if things go wrong

Ask her if she thinks its wrong for 2 to date each other when their colleagues? Then you can read her loud and clear.
