My Friend and i have known Each Other for 5 months. We Hangout all the time. I like her (which she knows) and she likes me (which i know). Last Weekend we were spending time together by ourselfs and she asked me what i like about her. This might seem like a dumb question but does she acctually want me to tell her what i like about her or does she want me to tell her how i feel about her? or should i do both?

I tend to be somewhat insecure in the relationship with my boyfriend because we have broken up and gotten back together. I find myself doing the "girl thing". I will tell him I'm sorry for doubting his intentions, and then turn around and ask if we are together. We are in a LDR and I work with guys. I went out with the for poker and then found myself saying "I know you don't like me hanging out with the guys" (so then why go even if it's innocent)? I tell him I will be more supportive of our relationship and then I question his intentions.

How can I let go of my insecurities and learn to enjoy him? I really do love him and I want to marry him.

Just curious as to how to deal with someone who is "always right", while trying to salvage the "romantic" relationship.

I believe that he is, indeed, a very intelligent person, but I'm no slacker in the brains department, either.

His ex used to call him "stupid" and tell him "you can't do anything without me", etc., so I know that he has a need to show people how intelligent he really is.

It has gotten to the point to where our "beautiful communication" we used to have (letters, all night conversations and- golly gee- LAUGHS) has gone by the wayside, because I can't say anything that disagrees with him, without him getting angry, giving me the silent treatment, etc.

Neither one of us like to argue and I'd rather just leave than to fight with someone I love. When it's my fault for anything, I admit it & apologize. When it's his fault, he twists everything around until he can find some crazy way for it to be my fault. I'm sick of being his whipping boy.. um.. girl.

What now?

She says i dont tell her enough how beautiful she is. I tell her all the time all she can say is you dont mean it. She says she is fat and she is not at all. She says i like living alone and not being with them. I tell her yah sure i would rather be being shot at then to watch my son grow up. What else can i say?

I've read a lot of stuff by doctors that say that the more women think it will suck, the more it does. A lot of it is mental and we're making the situation worse.

I changed my attitude about PMS and I've noticed a big improvement

When are we going to stop being whiners?

Having been dependent on child support for 18 years provided by some unknown phantom, I'm curious- what makes a man decide that he'd rather just pay off his child like a loan debt rather than be involved in the life he's created? And even further- why are those "deadbeat dads" so adamant against taking responsibility for their actions?

Don't get me wrong, I am not bitter, and I understand that there are so many loving, caring, and involved fathers. I also know there are deadbeat mothers. But I'm specifically curious to the motivation behind a man's decision to NOT take on his paternal responsibility. What are the reasons they choose to pay child support rather than actually raising the child? Whhy are so many reluctant or unwilling to do even that?

For me I think the most imortant thing is having good health and family. (even though family can be a strain sometimes) I also feel that financial freedom would be great. NO BILLS!

Not too mention that I wish that mankind would stop provoking their beliefs on others. And Stop all of this War nonsense!

Seems like if you ask a serious question about sex you'll always get someone making a negative comment about you. Or they report you, or think your being an A-$-$! Is it that difficult to have a serious discussion about something just about everybody on this plant does?
