We have a lot in common, have great chemistry, can talk about almost anything for hours and have been friends for a little over 4 years. She'll be 16 in 1 month and i'll be 18 in 2 months, how to I get over the nervousness and how do i find out if she feels the same way about me without me actually asking her.

If you want to know how she feels about you, then you're going to have to ask her. You admit that you two openly talk about everything else, so why should discussing a romantic relationship be any different? Of all things to discuss, that is the one topic that you two should openly discuss between each other. If she is as good of friends as you claim, then why are you discussing your relationship with complete strangers here instead of talking to her about it.
Pluck the feathers off your wings and stop being a chicken. Go ask her, and find out first hand.
