this guy and I have been talking online for 2 days. We talked for about 3 hours each night. I found out he was a pagan on the second night. I'm a christian. That's a problem. So, on the third night, I decided to tell him that he and I can't talk to each other again. I just can't do it. He asks if we can just be friends, and we get into an argument. I finally say, "Just leave me alone, I never want to talk to you again!"

What would have been the correct way to handle this situation?

Plus...I'm never talking with people I don't know online ever again! I made that mistake once!

Humans make lots of mistakes, nice and caring people always regret after such mistakes and if you ever hurt any one or misbehaved with any one or leaked somebody’s secret and regretted it later. I did not mention that we do have kids together. My daughter is not actually his but he has been there for her since she was one. My 5 year old son is his. And the last week or two we were split up, not leagly but he was not staying here. We would still call each other and talk but not actually see each other. He has already said he is not leaving here. i've had like three guys tell me, its a shame we never got together. when in reality at one point they had a very good chance and they decided not to take it. some guys i've even told outright how i feel, then later they decide that they wanted a relationship. they make it seem like the opportunity was never there. when it was there, they decided to be rude to me, ignore me or just turn me down. why do they always wait till your not interested? and then they turn it around to make it look like it was not thier fault we never got together?

Here's the situation: Im a 21/f with no boyfriend and havent had one in ... forever. So I think im in a point now where i can have a serious relationship. So there's this guy that says he likes me, and calls me every night, and leaves notes for me, etc.. And i kinda like him (i need to know him a little more to be sure) so i dont know how to act or be with him. No idea what mom and family is going to say, what my friends will think.... and besides, I work with his ex girlfriend so that might be weird too.. What do u think? Any advice?

Hi,

I have a major problem, I have a bf and we have been together for 1.5 years. He knows very well that I love him and want to marry him. My parents know that too. But now I am in my late thirties and my bf is also. But he hasn't proposed me yet. He is very short temperred guy. I have asked him couple of times, by telling my parents r worried and want me to get maaired. Once he asked me to go ahead with that. But I am scared, I love him and I begged not to leave me. He some how want me to change and I have been changing for him. But till date he hasnt proposed me. I am in real pressure, My siblings are ready to get married. My parents r saying how long u will wait, what will happen to u if he leaves u. You are getting old. I have told my bf regarding my parents. They r worried about me. He response is silience as of now. He hasnt said any thing. I feel sad, for whom I am doing so much. He can not get married for the timing as he has some family issues. But I jus need a assurance.

I raised my son by myself since he was 2 !/2 yrs old. He has no relationship with his dad. He just graduated 1 yr ago from high school and is starting to spread his wings so to speak. He has decided to enroll in Jr college and needs a good used car. He recently decided he needs a cell phone and I think may have purchased one on line.
I made such a disaster of my life and I dont want him to fall on his face. How much should I intervene when I know he is screwing up or stay out of it and let him make mistakes on his own? I do not want to be over baring. I just want him to be successful and do well.

My fiance and I are planning a semi-formal summer evening wedding next year. We just now realized that, unless we see eachother before the ceremony, our pictures will have to be taken after dark or right at dusk and we have been wanting daytime pictures all along. We don't want to see eachother before the ceremony because of traditional reasons (a.k.a. BAD LUCK, not that we really believe that, but we like tradition). How can we have an evening ceremony and still have our pictures during the sunlight hours? This seems like a really dumb question the more I type. lol

I mentioned to him that we should just move the ceremony up a couple of hours even though we wanted a sunset ceremony. That seems like our only option as of now. Do you have any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated!!! :)

How do you handle things when almost all of your close friends decline your invitation to your engagement party and their reasoning is that one or the other has to work, can't find a babysitter, don't want to bring the baby, etc. Even our maid of honor and best man (who are married declined because he is working...we told them to come late but they said they don't have anyone to watch the baby and they can't bring him cuz he needs to be in his own bed)..am i too picky or should they show? Also, them and another couple we went to all their wedding parties and celebrations....do we tell them how hurt we are, keep them in the wedding party, etc. I don't know how to handle so many people we expected to come who declined. We had to narrow down 230 people to 80 and only 35 are showing up...what to do?
