Just sit him down and tell him. If he really does love you, and I'm sure he does, your uncle won't care about your sexual orientation. Be up front and honest with him.

he shud understand....my dad is always chcking out gurls....so if he says"look at the gurl"or sumthin guyish like that...just say like 'ya i know' or sumthin...its worth a shot!!!!
