i dont like noisy bars and i dont like meeting new people because i have to explain all about myself - occupation, etc . and it's hard work. the older i get the more difficult it becomes. am i destined to become a recluse?

She has finally found someone who treats her good and she really likes him. He is kind of pudgy and not the kind of guy that she usually dates. Her friend tell her to dump him because she is too pretty for him, I tell her they are just jealous because their guys are like the type she used to date "Users and abusers". What can I say to make her see It's not about looks it's about how much he cares for and loves you? She doesn't want to break up and she doesn't want to lose her friends I am kind of old (in my 30's) so she thinks I am old fashioned. Any one out there who has been there have any words of wisdom I can tell her? She is 20.

Hi all I love one guy with whom i use to hang out for more than 2 years, he too like me as a frnd and more than tat. v talk every day, exchange our hapiness, sorrow, even v share money when the other dont have, even she had physical relation. He was always there when ever i wanted him, He comforts me, guides me and on the whole, life is like a desert for me with out him. But the thing is I never proposed him neither he. Now my parents are looking match for me, he knows tat. when i asked him tat i like him, he said i am very sentimental which he doesnt like in me. I always quarrel with him when ever he looks at gals to tease me, i really use to make big war, so he got irritated with me. wat shall i do to make him accept my love. I want to be with him.

We have to work together, but he thinks he's the only perfect guy in the whole universe, he's shovinistic, arrogant and an egoist, really an egocentric person. He usually makes fun of other people who work with us. I really don't know how to handle this. I can't work with him normally 'cause I don't know how to react on his behaviour. Any tips or advice??

my parents have been fighting with eachother (not like hurting eachother or hitting) for a long time now and its tearing me apart. a long time ago something really bad happend to my family,(has to do with cheating) that i'm not allowed to discuss, but it still haunts me to this day! i'm scared my mom and dad r going to fall apart and they mean the world to me! i don't know what to do...is it normal for parents to argue...A LOT!!??

My fiancee hooked up with a girl, b4 our relationship became serious and he is 2 old 2 have believed what this girl said but she told him she couldn't get pregnant. She did. I told him he better be glad he didn't catch a disease, because if she lied about that then she will lie about anything. I told him he should have used protection. When she told him, he told her he didn't want 2 be with her, which he had told her time after time and she fell in love. he told her she was just a fling and she didn't want 2 believe it. He also told her 2 abort or put the baby up 4 adoption. He didn't hear from her 4 about 6 months and when he did he found out that she kept the baby. He wants 2 give up rights 2 this child. I told him he should also get a dna test because she isn't trustworthy. She didn't put his opinion into account and now she wants 2 threaten and try 2 milk him. It isn't right. What should we do?
