We have to work together, but he thinks he's the only perfect guy in the whole universe, he's shovinistic, arrogant and an egoist, really an egocentric person. He usually makes fun of other people who work with us. I really don't know how to handle this. I can't work with him normally 'cause I don't know how to react on his behaviour. Any tips or advice??

ya know how to handle this? DONT! he isnt going to change if you do get into a relationship with him. he 's not worth it. he would not respect you.

When you go to work just focus on work. You don't need to make social contact with him only if its work related. Being chauvinistic is not going to do him any good it just makes him look bad and eventually someone will report him. When your around that type of person at work it just adds stress to you. Just be straight up with him and tell him you don't approve of him putting people down. Tell him this is suppose to be a professional work environment and to take his negativityfor home. Most of all just ignore ignorant people like that. Good luck!

Be a ***** tell him how you really feel. If he is a *** hole like that someone needs to put him in his place. Who is it I will call and let him know about himself, I'm a *****. I like to keep it real at all times less stress on me. Because if no one says anything he will keep acting the same way. Make him feel small, and real dumb.

he must be a libra or leo ... tell him your sorry he feels so bad about himself that he has to point out things in other people to make him self feel better about himself , then tell him he should take a good hard look in the mirror and face his own drawbacks and also that you cant stand people who think they are perfect, even god isnt perfect.
