Your completely wrong! I hate to say this but you are. It's all really a matter of respect. How would you feel if he saw one of his really cute ex girlfriends and he gave her a hug? I don't think that you would really like that. Plus you have to think about how your boyfriend feels about him. He might be a little jealous of your ex because of how much you cared about him or if he's maybe a really popular guy. So I think that you should try to apologize for disrespecting him like that. FYI- Next time don't tell on yourself.

Baby, U just behaved in a way that means " He may be Ex, but he is sweeter, so I still Love him"
Thats like a abuse tothe manhood of Ur Present.
Would U liketo see Ur present Boyfriend kissing his Ex ? Wont U feel that U didn't satisfy him tohis expectation ,so he cannot forget the Ex relation but love to utilize that as and when available.
Think over , then justify Urself. U R ur best Judge.

Well, this could depend on the culture, etc., but I personally think a simple hello or wave would have been enough. A hug seems a bit too much to me. I would apologize to the bf and tell him it won't happen again.
Good luck smoothing it over!

Well OK whats done is done but you should never tell your current boyfriend that you have seen your ex. Their is some things that you do not tell your boyfriend. Next time if you see your ex just say hi and go on with your day and do not tell your man. What he does not know would not hurt him. Its not like you are doing something bad you are avoiding a fight.

yes and no. you were wrong to hug your ex. you could have just said hello. you were not wrong in telling your bf because it would have been worse if he had found out from someone else. do not worry your boyfriend will get over it.

You're wrong.
When you're dating a guy, it's expected that boundaries are set for both of you.
Showing affection towards an ex...not deadly but over the line.

He's gone crazy. Theres NO reason to freak out over that. Tell him so and if he doesn't cool off, then find someone who's not so uptight. I bet if you were to look at his asshole, it'd be as tight as this period. Holy cow man. Tell him to CHILL the f*ck out!

maybe...it depends if you know you would freak out if your man did the same...but it also sounds like your main squeeze is insecure...if you like this guy...let him know whats really going on...next time, ma...what he doesn't know won't hurt him...or don't make a big deal about bumping into your ex...go on and make it up to him now...
