Not all chubby or overweight kids are picked on and lonely.
Not all are unhealthy or friendless.
I know that some are and have health concerns but they should be told to lose weight for their health concerns. Some want kids to lose weight to be popular or be beautiful like the thin kids. That sends a wrong message.
I had many overweight friends growing up and some were teased but they all did not grow up to be fat slobs or unhealthy.
If I have kids I could raise that kid in Bad Santa or that chubby kid in Nacho Libre. I'm not crazy but I think those kids are beautiful. They may be overweight but I would help them lose the weight if they were not happy.
Tell me how wrong I am.

I know that there is usually a double standard as far as the difference between men and women as far as "experience" vs. "dirty". Do you think it is dirtier for a man being with a "dirty" woman(in), or a woman to be with a dirty man(having in). When i was younger, the thought of sex was pretty disgusting to me to begin with, and i guess as a woman, i think for me being with a dirty man would be more violating than a man being with a dirty woman. I mean what's the difference for a man, either way, just wash it off right? Do you think less of either sex for sleeping with "too many people"? Which sex is more wrong, and how many is too many?

to be truely dedicated Christian man. I find this to be a load of bull. Am I the only one who sees it this way? I find it to be a line.. He says hes a better Christian when he is alone and can go where God wants him to be. I feel that I was totally led on, we had about 4 dates and talked for hours every day about dating and meeting each others families.. I am crushed. What do you think? I think he is scared of getting hurt, but feel that he is a man and should have at least had the fortitude to speak up and not feed me a line..

My boyfriend suggested we get matching rings for our 3rd year anniversary. We live together. They are not really expensive rings at the jewelry store (the store with the little blue boxes). He found mine on E-bay! He doesnt know that I know that he got it off of Ebay.. I feel kind of cheated, that he doesnt feel that I am worth full price... which, by the way was UNDER $150 at the store and a quarter of that on Ebay. He makes a very good living, we live in a really nice house, he drives an expensive car... I am kind of hurt. Am I wrong? Should I tell him that I know he got it on ebay and that I feel cheated... it will cause a fight... He would be angry if I did the same... but I would NEVER consider it.

call me old fashion but why is it unheard of in todays day and age for men to open car doors, pull out chairs, send flowers just because etc. Especially if the women in their lives are showing them the same kind of love. I am only 24 years young and it seems as though the sluts get more respect. Good woman like myself get passed over because they feel we are too much work.

Imagine this is you, then tell me what you'd do, please.
For 3 weeks, a guy has been coming into your work with his friends: talking to you, making lots of eye contact, etc. Finally you get up the nerve, ask him to hang out and he agrees, he seems really into it and suggests that you hang out when you get outta work. You do and have a blast and don't get home until really late. You make plans to hang out on Sunday. Sunday comes and he ends up cancelling because he needs to help his sister move furniture for a party. You wait a few days and call again to set up plans, but he gives you the same excuse about moving furniture.
Here's the question: do you attempt to make plans again or just forget about it and not try again?
