Chatting with anyone is good. I like chatting to girls more than guys, possibly because I'm a protective person and, historically, women need more protection than men (I did say historically, no insults or castration please). But if someone wants to chat with me, chances are i'll chat to them. Maybe you're a tomboy and prefer guy's company.

Yes. There is nothing wrong with that. A good flirt interacts with the opposite sex frequently. That way they not only become at ease when dealing with others, they also increase the odds of meeting new and exciting people who may result in love and long term relationships.

not necessarily because you probably dont know hardly the guys that you are chatting with...so in my opinion its a big "no"
