The kid I babysitt is really bratty. Ive talked to his parents and it hasn't helped. What else can i do?

If you don't have the support of the parents, there isn't much you can do except to say that he is an extra challenge and ask for more money or to stop babysitting him.

If you do have the parents' support, but the kid just hasn't behaved better, keep a record of his behavior and talk very specifically with them about it. Ask them for suggestions of how to deal with him.

Sometimes kids misbehave because they have too much free time on their hands. Try scheduling out your time with lots of different activities. It will make the time go faster for both of you.

Tell the parents that if they can't help control his behavior then you will no longer be able to babysit him. If you have always done a great job with him then they will have to make a decision and at least you will either be babysitting a much more behaved kid or you won't have to worry about it anymore.

I'd find another child to babysit - then tell the bratty kid's parents you are no longer available to babysit their kid.

apparently his , parents do not care about his behavior I have kept kids like that . I would just look for another babysitting job and when I find one I would just quit. It is terrible keeping abrat.

PLAY THE KIDS GAME OR JUST START TRYING TO DO MORE THINGS WITH THE CHILD LIKE,GO TO THE PARK,GO SWIMMING,MAKE FOOD TOGETHER I THINK THATS A GOOD ONETRY THE LAST SUGGESTION FIRST AND IF THAT DONT WORK GO WITH THE OTHERS
