He sounds insecure.
Ask yourself if there's anything you're doing that you are unaware of that might be giving him that impression. Go out of your way to make him feel appreciated, and then ask him how he feels about your relationship.
If he is still saying that he feels like you're tired of him, and you are really trying to make it work, I hate to break it to you, but he may be the one trying to end it. Some guys are stupid (and some girls) like that and don't have the guts to tell someone it's over, so they turn it around.
Hopefully that's not the case. It's probably that he is just insecure.

One of the most important aspects to a relationship comes into play here: Communication. You need to sit down with him, and talk to him seriously. Tell him that you honestly love him with all of you're heart, that you care for him in a way you've never cared for anyone else, tell him that he's your best friend in a way nobody else could be, and that you could never imagine being with someone else. (But only say that, if it's how you truly feel. Don't make things worse by lying to him and lying to yourself if you don't feel that way). If you really want this relationship to last you have to know the few most important things to a relationship: Communication, Loyalty, Honesty, Trust, and the ability to resist temptation. Also: Love is not something that happens at first sight - love is something that develops between to people as they get to know eachother and by the decisions they make. I hate to say this because I know this may break your heart, but it sounds like he's getting tired of you. You just might want to consider dumping him and finding someone else that will love you without thinking that you're sick of him.

Do something creative and kind just for him. A surprise is even better. I recommend learning to make an origami rose and making one just for him. It'll mean a lot to both of you. You will always remember the trouble you went to just to show him how much you care, and he will remember how kind you were to him.
