Last spring, I was dating a nice young woman and we seemed to get along really well. The relationship lasted a month, and then she completely turned around on me and dumped me out of the blue. I then found out that she had another guy three months later (She met the guy three months later and I found out at the same time), and three months after they met, the two of them were engaged. Whoa! If she thought we were going too fast, isn't getting engaged after three months very fast? What do you think of her behavior in our relationship and now with this new guy? Is there anything I can learn from the situation?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years, and we have a 2 yrs. old daughter together. One night we were talking about our future n he brought up marriage, and I told him I wasnt ready.
He's taking it really hard. I dont want to get married just b-cuz we have a child. I told him once we have been together for a few more years than we can talk about marriage.Is this wrong of me?

My bf and I have been going out for a month now and already I'm seeing some red flags. Although I love him to death, he's a little possessive. Well, two of my guy friends wanted me to come over and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for my boyfriend to become acquainted with them; so, he came along. While there, they seemed to hit it off pretty well and we were all having a good time. We left and that was that. A few days later I went to go hang out with them again and have some good laughs. I went home and my bf called to chat. I told him that I had gone to see the same friends that he had met 3 days before. And much to my amazement, he never liked them. He told me, "I don't like those guys and I don't want you to see or speak with them ever again." These guys are really good friends of mine and I think this is ridiculous. I discussed how I felt with my bf but he's still firm in his position. I'm not sure what to do but I don't want to lose my friends over this. Help pls!

My cousin knows about the break up and have been influencing me to go wild. her suggestion. sleep with the guy who has been hitting on me. Drink alcohol with her. smoke a couple of joints. Flirt like hell. I don't do this but I'm really close to it. I think that if I do this than at least just for a moment, the pain will not be there. At least for a moment. What do you think.

There's this very special girl that i known for a year. I lover her so much and she knows it but she only wants to be friends. That just won't work out i tried that already but just can't pretend i don't care if she's talking or going out with someone else. I have been dating my boyfriend for about 4 years and his dad never really adorded me but was fine with me being around untill one day he just started being rude to me and stopped talking to me and i always overhere him saying rude comments about me when im at his house and he doesnt know. Tomorrow, I'll be going to court to testify in a financial battle between my parents. (They've been divorced over 16 years and are dealing with a very messy money dispute concerning back child support/etc.) I'm 22 years old, but still petrified of the entire ordeal. Putting aside the fact that I'm literally having to choose sides between my parents, I'm just plain scared about being in the courthouse. Any pointers?

My friend with benefits for two years just got her wish. A transfer to another city. She wants me to come with but I can't leave behind my family. She says if I don't come we will rotate weekends. I go up there and then she comes down here.

I just don't get it...How is it that parents have soo much control over us..even when we are old enough to make our own choices..for example..when I first went to college I took the program my mother thought would be a good idea..I got the car my mother thought would be a good car to drive...and now I am still paying for that stupid choice..I let my mom borrow some money and she has to this day not paied me back..and when I ask for money...she can't do it anymore..I feel like saying don't even go there...you took lots of money from me...and you don't see me asking for any of it back..even when I had a job..she took money from my pay check...when she first borrowed money from me..I was 18 yrs old...now I am 20..you would have thought I would have learned by now...nope...I haven't...I guess I will just never learn...I need to move away..I need to live my life and not hers....

I went to see a girl after work and we sat in her car for a minute and I asked if she wants to go to my house which is 45 minutes away. She says "I dont care" which puts the ball in my court. Now I have to make a decision for this girl by weighing out the scenario. Being consiterate I understand she just got off work, is probably tired and may be testing to see if I am that inconsiterate by taking her all the way out to my place. Why cant she just say yes I would like to go to your place and hang out or I am really tired maybe we should make a plan to get together. Then when I leave she texts me saying we should have went to my place so I call her on it and she says its to late now Im in bed. It seems they make a definite answer after the fact which drives me nuts. Do I really need to just take them where ever I go and just wait for them to get mad at me before I consider what they want to do? Or where can I find a woman who thinks for herself? Thanks.
