I'm making tiny little paper stars for a friend of mine and need to have them done in two days. I already have about 180 finished (TOOK FOREVER!) and I'm keeping them in a super cute star shaped jar.

The idea is this, since our friendship lately has been kind of sour: every day we do not talk, she crushes a star and throws it away. When things are good, I make a star for her, and give them to her the next time we see each other. Sounds callous, but to top it off I bought a nice star shaped necklace/bracelet also, which acts as the last, "indestructible" star. I just need to know, what's a good number of stars to make?

What are some special, symbolic #s between 200-400 (i doubt i can get to 400 in 1 day...) to end on? i was thinking of 355 (the last one is the bracelet...) but we haven't been friends a year yet. oh, and any "icing on the cake" ideas are good too, please! =)

In this day an age it seems that people have a much harder time accepting things that are true. It seems they would rather either pretend its not happening or they would rather live a lie. It makes no sence to me at all. Doesn't it seem to people that honestly is the best policy....And im not talking about one specific thing...It can be anything from a cheating boyfriend to a backstabbing best friend....what the hell is wrong with people?

My entire life I have been bombarded with bad relationships with men; going back far in my family history. I want to be open to meeting and having a relationship with a decent, caring and lively man. Yet, I have a hard time putting myself out there because I feel so wounded from past experiences. We started out as friends but I always regarded him as a soul mate. Our friendship developed into something more while he was still married, but then I moved away and it all ended. I think about him alot and wonder where he is and what he is doing and although I know we are both married ( in his case re-married) to other people I really miss the strong friendship we had - I could talk to him about anything. Quick history I am remarried to DD stepdad for 3 months.was seperated from her dad for 2 years.we moved in with stepdad after the wedding, about 3 months now.
In the past 2 months DD has wet herself 3 times.Once was at night, once was coming out of the pool, once was coming home from the park.She also did this a few months ago when my dad was in the hospital.She just stood in the hall and peed.Dad has since passed away and we have moved in with new husband and stepfamily.There are 7 of us all together now where before there was only she and I.
Could this all be attributed to the changes in her life? Am I not paying enough attention to her? Any advice will be helpful.
