friends tend to take advantage of me, they tend to walk over when i try to upgrade myself they come with negative things.

Good friends only want to make you feel good about yourself! If they put you down then dump them! Who needs that! don't ever be afraid that you won't make new friends because everybody does, even if they find it hard!

You have the wrong sort of friends, I have had those kind, I call them emotional vampires, they suck all the strength and willpower out of you and leave you feeling worthless, you either have to stand up to these people who are doing you down and tell them you are not going to be disrespected by them or anyone else for that matter, if they are not the friends you want in your life then just tell them enough is enough and move on from it, you are your own person and go for whatever aims and goals you have in your life and never ever let anyone stop you with their selfishness or stupidity, you go for what you want and good luck.

Humm, i have just had to hand my notice because all around me were sucking my energy. Without my Energy i am nothing and what's the point of being a friend with nothing to give. I have changed my my routine and am meeting new people. I will soon have interesting stories to give to my Friends and be happier. No one can put you down for that.

A true friend is one that is with you through everything. True friends make you feel good about yourself even when the things you are doing don't seem too right. A true friend is someone that is happy for you in all things and sad when you are sad. but when someone puts you down and makes you feel bad in everything to do, i put it down as jealousy and also they are enemies to your progress.
