I am Married but i think about men quite alot, can anyone help

well try one, maybe you will not stay married for long. I m married and think about women all the time, thats why Iam separted.

How long have you known this,is it a feeling that you have tried to ignore to please others and that is why you are married today,if you are not in love with your wife or have desire for her then it will not work anyway.The first thing you need to do is figure out for sure what it is you want and desire,is it men or is it women,make sure you know before you act on anything,there is obviously something lacking in your marriage or there would be no way you would even consider someone else no matter what the sex,so that needs to be identified before you are able to move on,for every question or problem there is an answer and solution.As far as who will accept you or not accept you and your decisions,there is only one person you need acceptance from and that is yourself.

this does not mean your gay nessesarily u may just be suffering from what they call MARRIED TO LONG lolz try spending more time with your wife and try making her wear some of your fantasy clothes u can see her in try and do this not evryday but enough so you have something to think about u may be losing touch .

its not a sin you are allowed to think about men dream about men if u want to but the trouble starts when it becomes out of control and you go beyond thinking

be honest with your spouse.
if you keep thinking about sex with men, you will resent her after a while. if you love her be upfront and let her make up her mind.
go to counseling together.
there is no shame in being gay or bi
