I have bad credit, but my fiance does not... what will getting married do to her credit score?

I work in retail and am a college student. No kids. Anyway, it seems like a lot of times, no matter what the situation, when I tell a woman something, her response is "I have kids." I could tell her that her order will be ready in an hour and she'll tell me she has kids. I could ask her when she'll be back to pick up the order... "Well I have kids." Why do moms tell me this? I don't care! It has NOTHING to do with anything. Am I supposed to clap? I'm not asking if you have kids or anything about the kids. I'm telling you something or asking you something completely unrelated. Why do they keep telling me they have kids?

Ok. About 3 years ago my parents separated. there was a restraining order against my dad. My mother left to Arizona with my two younger brothers and My father remained here in New Mexico. The oldest of the two younger bros is 13 years old and he wants to live with my father now. My bro and I sat down with my mom and talked to her about it and she blew up and said no. My mother never made an attempt to get a divorce. and the restraining order is no longer in affect. Does anyone know the age at which a child of 13 can choose what parent he can live with. And since they are NOT divorced what else could he do to legally live with my father?

Im 25 and I have a boyfriend I have been with for almost two years. I don't know how to tell if I want to marry him or not. I am happily married for the last 3 1/2 years, been with my husband for 9 years total. I have an ex that seems to pop up in my life every once in a while. My husband has always disliked him, and never trusted him. I try to abstain from talking to him or anything, and for the most part that isn't a problem. Lately he has contacted me again, his girlfriend is expecting his 2nd baby, and he just got married to her last weekend. Anyway, I told him straight out that I don't want to talk to him anymore, that I loved him a long time ago, but that it was disrespectful to my husband to keep in contact. He respected my wishes for a week or so, and I got another email today saying he really needs to talk to me. What do I need to do?? If I tell my husband he will get REALLY upset.

ps I blocked his email address, do you think that's enough?

I'm married, 31yrs old and have a 3yr old. My marriage has been pretty rocky (we've been married 7 yrs and been together a total of 18 yrs). I've thought about divorce more than a few times in the past year. I want to have another child and my husband is a good dad. My kids would have the same father this way. I don't expect a baby to fix our marriage and I know it will put more stress on it. He's not against having another child right now. Any suggestions?

right before she left for vacation she said is going to miss me a lot and that she is going to be thinking about me non-stop. but she also says that she's happy with what we have right now which is basically that we're best friends who are going out. i can't tell if she wants this relationship to become serious or if she wants to keep it casual. me personally i would love for our relationship to become serious and make it one to remember. but i dont know how she feels.
