You didn't give much detail. You just do it! You get them to the doctor. You make sure thier meds are given on time. You love them and let them talk about everything they know and remember. You owe them your life!

package up left overs and take them too them weekly.have one of your friends go with you to visit. older people have lead interesting life's. wright a memory book..with pitchers.because once there gone and you have children what would you like them to see. shopping.walking with them.washing windows. to just asking them if they want to take a shower,while your in the house,falls kill.and just ask your self-what would you need help with at there age. love them.............

Talk to them, or write to them. I used to write my gparents. My cousins always called them. My gma told me she loved the letters. Calls are nice, but you can't reread a phonecall

i visit them often. they love visitors. i carry stuff for them....write letters....help them with the computer....watever they need basically
