my girlfriend doesnt want to have a sex change but does want to change her identity to a man's. how would she do this?

Anyone can go down to any courthouse and legally have their name changed to anything they'd please. It doesn't however speak well of her sanity, but if your into her, I wish you both all the best. Good luck!

I don't think she can change her identity but she can change her name. Go to your local county administration building to pick up the paper work. You may even be able to download the forms online.

No matter your gender, you can change your name legally to anything you want. Go to the local courthouse and fill out all the forms.

just go to the courthouse and petition for a change of name - you can change it to anything. However, her sex would probably be Female as long as she is one.

She would have to go down to the court house and have it done there. A gay friend of mine had his name changed from Doug to Jamie.

Ask her that's the only way to get a clear answer because I have no idea why and I find it quite strange myself.

just go to our social security office and fill out the forms its not hard just get there early why doesnt she just start having people call her something else
