With the help of your husband, I would go to the woman and together tell her in a kind way , that you are husband and wife and tell her that she needs to respect your marriage and do not come between your love for each other. Suggest she goes to groups to meet other single men. Tell her firmly that your husband is not a single man and he remains true to you. So ask her to back off and respect your marriage vows. When your husband it with you, allow him to tell her he does not Love her and only Loves you, his wife. If this woman is a heavy drinker, then she is not in her right mind, anyway.

He has inadvertantly developed a stalker from a "friend." There are lots of nutty people out there, and probably no matter what he does, she is not going to go quietly into the night. I suggest that he take out a restraining order on her if she will not leave him alone. IF he will not, IF he will not end the deal in one way or another, then I suspect that something is afoul here. Even the kindest hearted person in the world can be cruel to those he holds dearest...and that is exactly what he is doing to you, whether meaning to or not. Show him this reply...from a disinterested 3rd party. He, and only he, can control this situation. YOU need to stay as far away as possible from it, for people have been killed for less. And he has set you up as a target! Do not take this lightly, I am warning you and your husband that this is out of hand. It must end now, and if it doesn't, the police need to be brought in ASAP. I do not want to see you blasted at your door by a nutcase woman. It happens all the time. IF your husband will not react to this, perhaps it is time to reconsider your stance as to what is going on here....your safety and peace of mind certainly should come before a lunatic stranger's. Good luck, and take my words very seriously...I mean every one of them.

Well, was it your husband who told you?
If so, was he crowing? Or was he just informing you, shrugging his shoulders, and moving on? Either way, it doesn't qualify as a problem. Relax and enjoy your man.
If he was troubled while telling you, then indulge yourself a little worry. Either he's tempted, or he's not sure what you'll think. Take care of the second, and you'll know if it was the first.
If he didn't tell you, and you found out yourself, that is definitely a problem. Why? First, because your husband didn't tell you. Second, because you're prying. Either way, your relationship is not in good health. Do something. Fast.

I would be pissed at first, at the women because I would think she would know that he is a married man, then I would probably laugh at my husband because I know he loves me, and I would make some stupid remark and make him feel a little embarassed about the situation. However, I could also understand why another women would say they love my husband because he is a wonderful man....but still it is crossing a boundary.

Beat her, no seriously I would beat her. Then I would have a long discussion with my husband, and if he had an affair I would beat him. No really I would discuss with your husband what is going on. I would just think about beating both of them. I would not actually do that

it depends on what my husband did to get her to "love" him. If she is a head case I would ignore it. If she is serious there is more to the story. I would leave it to my husband to set her straight, if that didn't work I would have to pay her a visit for clarification purposes. ;)

It would matter. Who is she? How is your marriage going? How does he feel about her?
