My best friends ex b/f (they broke up 3 months ago & are trying 2 be friends) said he really likes me & tried 2 kiss me last night at her birthday party! I thought it was really inapropriate. Should I tell her? I don't feel right hiding things from her, but at the same time I'm not sure it would achieve anything by telling her? What do you think

I broke up with my gf of 3 years because i was confused and needed to figure things out. I told her this. I called her every night while we were broke up to tell her i loved her, we would go out 2 times a week. I would hang out with my friends alot and go to clubs. I talked to other girls but never more than a friend. I never did anything sexual with anyone. 2 months in, i found out she went on a date with someone. the next day i told her how much i loved her and that i made a mistake and i only wanted to be with her. She ignored it and a week later had slept with the guy. FYI he was a total sleeve bag that used girls and already had one pregnant. After she figured out that she got used she comes back to me, she says she did it cause she thought it would make her realize that she didnt want to be with me, cause i hurt her. I think she did it just to get revenge on me.i hate it the most cause i told her that i messed up but it didnt matter. We WERE the only people each other hadbeenwith

I sensed that this guy I met on line a few months ago is disappointed by the way I look. I've told him a few times that it's fine if he wihes to stop writing me. He's still in touch with me, although he's told me that he doesn't find me very pretty. I know what his type of woman is, and I definitely am NOT his type. I just would like to ask you if you think he's trying to be polite not to stop wrirting me, but he will eventually stop writing me. If you were me, what would you do in such a situation? Would you tell him that you don't want to waste your time on him? Or would you wait for him to take action first? Please, I only need SERIOUS answers. Thanks a lot for your input.

p.s. He once told me that he only wanted an intelligent online friend.

I have a friend who has been with her partner for the last 7 years, they are engaged to get married this Christmas. He has known a girl from his childhood a lot longer, they have never been romantically involved at all, just best friends. My friend and this other girl have become really close friends too, but since she left her husband she has been spending a lot of time with my friend's partner, again, nothing going on, she's just been confiding in him an awful lot as he's her best friend.

My friend has now gone a bit crazy... she has said some really nasty things to this other woman, who didn't deserve any of it... and she asked her partner to choose between his best friend and her which has destroyed him... she's so upset and doesn't know how to fix this...

Any suggestions?

My sister in law is a beautiful, intellegent women. Until she has a couple of drinks. Then she has a mouth like a drunken sailor. Every other word is F***. I have asked her to please watch her language because we have children, and children tend to repeat what they hear. She just ignores me. Any suggestions on another way to handle this situation. We have a big family BBQ coming up and there will be beer & wine. And I am dreading her mouth?
