Definitely Yes.Its just mind over matter.In olden days there was celibacy.There are many spinsters who practise the same.Intercourse is just a part of life. Infact it will be a great boon for any lady without intercourse,what with HIV and other virus looming large.S0 life will go on for any lady without intercourse.Look at nuns and sisters.They are shining example in real life.

I think it would be much easier to go without sexual intercourse. The real question is, could anyone go without any form of masturbation for the duration of their lives?! I don't think that would be possible.

there are some woman whos' sex drives aren't that high or are lack there of, and they probably do go thru life without a man.
Maybe those women find other joys in life in which they feel content already and don't yearn for such feeling.
