Generally you would just call the your cousin but I would say (if you wanted to get technical) you would call them your second cousin. Depending on how you are related to your cousin's cousin, they may be nothing to you at all because there is no "blood connection".

Don't you mean your cousin's children? Your cousin's cousin would be your cousin, if blood related, because your parents are siblings. If not, then you aren't related because their cousins would be on their father's side..
However, your cousin's children would be your second cousin, I think. I have heard the term first cousin once removed

That would make that person a friend to you.
Children of siblings are considered 1st cousins and children of the 1st cousins are 2nd cousins and so on.....
Well that's what I was told when I was a little bitty boy.

no a second cousin is when your cousin has children, but if your talking about your cousin, cousin, which comes from another family..lets just say their mother marrys your uncle and she had sisters who had children then those children are nothing to you..or may be a very distant cousin.....confusing eh?

Depends what side of the family they are on, my cousin has cousin's on his dad's I dont class them as my family.
Cousin's are not classed as family that much any how that's why you can marry your cousin ( errrrrrrrr my cousin's are way too close for me like brothers) Any way hope that's helped x

Second cousin if linked by blood, not by marriage. It depends on the familial connection - there's a very good chart, which I've linked below which will tell you.
