my babies' daddy is a real deadbeat, and i don't want him to have anything to do with my kids. he isn't on their birth certificates, and they both have my last name. i know that if i get child support from him, that doesn't give him any rights as far as visitation, but can i go a step further to make sure that he can never get custody of my kids? he was abusive towad me when we were together, both phisically and mentally, and his whole family are alcoholics. what should i do??? should i continue to get child support?

i bump into a friend from high school a few months ago. we chatted and for the past 2 months we have been hanging out more and calling each other more. she still loves her x boyfriend and has to open to anymore because she only wants him. now this same girl had a crazy CRUSH on me. the more i hang out with her i start to like her. this past weekend we spent an entire day together as friends and was asked by her to hang out on sat and sun but i couldnt cuz i have made plans. i scare to make a move on her for the several reasons:
she doesnt give too many hints about liking me but then again i m not good at reading certain messages
maybe she doesnt see as a potential boyfriend
maybe she s not ready
maybe she only wants me as a friend
or maybe either one of us wants to destroy what we have

i def dont want to make her feel uncomfortable and push her away
what can i do??
Please help??????

He is 21, and paranoid schizophrenic. Last year, he threw a log through someone' s car window. He was arrested, and his father had him "Bakerized." He was diagnosed 2 or 3 times with schizophrenia.
He was on probation for almost a year, in and out of mental hospitals and county jail. About 3 months ago, he bought a gun, and told his friends that he had one. Someone turned him in.
I haven't heard from him, since he got arrested. I had been getting calls from him about every 2 weeks before, so he could tell me a bunch of BS about how great his life was.
I found out that he was sentenced to 15.5 months in state pen in Florida, but I don't know where or when it starts.
Does anyone have any information about the system in Florida.or how to find out where my son is.
I'd really appreciate some information, and not mean comments. This whole thing has been heart-breaking for him and his whole family. I'd like to know if there is a support group out there for families. Thanks

THis doens't apply to all, so no need to get defensive. But women seem to go for guys that have a lot of women on us. I would never go for a woman when she has dudes all over her. Me and my best friend of 13 years have been thru a lot together. We have managed to stay friends despite living in different states for 9 of the 13 years. She has recently moved back near me but I feel like we really don't connect anymore. We met when we were 15 and are both married now and things have really changed. She is about to have her first baby and I feel like we in different places. I prefer spending time with my husband having fun, whereas her and her husband don't go out much together. I feel like she has been gone so long, I have a different life now that I am very happy with and she just does not fit in the way she would like to. I feel like she resents me for being so close to my hubby. When we do get together, conversation is difficult and sometimes awkward. She makes me feel like I am not being a good friend. I want her to be a part of my life but I feel like my husband has replaced her in a lot of ways. How do I keep her happy without sacrificing my own happiness?

I have a 3 inch cyst on my right ovary. Sometimes people have cysts and don't even know it, never feel it, and it doesn't bother them. MINE DOES, Sex is often pain full in all positions, expecially misionary. any presure to my stomach is painful. I have been in pain for months, and our sex life kinda went down hill. I suffered through it up until recently, because I can't take it any more. So he tries to make me feel guilty for not having sex with him. Little comments. This weekend I was having a painful bout between the cyst and my period, (i had to leave work early on Friday and slapt alot of the weekend) so he starts trying to grope me, and i tell him i am not in the mood and he says "your never in the mood" He says he will be glad when this is taken care of so I will want sex more. (BTW, Before this problem was almost always willing) I kinda feel like he should be more worried about my health and comfort than sex. I think he thinks I just dont want to,.

My boyfriend (3 1/2 yrs) has purchased a 5 bdrm/ 4 bath home and asked if my family would move in with him. I am not very happy with him but I do love him...do I take him up on the offer because it would suit my needs financially or hold off because I know our relationship will not go further because I never see myself married to him. They would be paying rent and have a seperate house area but I'm not sure if this is the right step because he does NOT have one romantic bone in his body (doesn't even kiss alittle) and I can't see myself living that way for the rest of my life.

i've been out of the relationship for a couple months now and its harder for me to get women. Back in the day i never had problems getting women. When im out with a crowd, i'm not like i was, i'm sorta dead, like i have a very shallow personality, but i really don't. I just don't feel comfortable. has anyone else had this problem? By the way, this aging parent is my mother in law, and while my husband and his mom agree it "will happen" some day, I really do feel she would be better served in a facility where she could get full time care. We both have two jobs and are forced to often leave her alone. She has been deemed unable to stay alone for long periods of time or able to self administer her drugs. I feel there are underlying reasons why the move has not taken place; ones that are apparent to me, but not to my husband or mother in law. By the way, I have the support of both our families that this move MUST be made for a myriad of reasons. Thank you for any and all input. I really appreciate it.
