everyone always blames certain behaviours on insecurity....but aren't we all a bit insecure....? what does everone think?

ABSOLUTELY. we are all programmed by society to wonder what people think and feel about us. sad, but true.
We are all also a product of our past ~~ so, depending on how we were raised and treated, depends on how we conduct ourselves and view ourselves as we get older.
