My best friend is adopted, and lately wondered alot about her biological parents. She has entered like a state of depression because she doesn't know if they are alive, if they are dead, and has so many un-answered questions that she would like to ask her biological parents.

I know that not many people can help me with this, but i'd really appreciate it if anyone who was adopted and re-united with their parents can let me know how they got a hold of their parents. Even a simple website (if there is one) would help TONS. I googled it, but i don't know which websites are good or not.

My best friend means so much to me, and i hate to see her depressed like the way she is. please help.

I am a single mom. My son is five years old.. since I got separated my mom stopped helping me since she thinks that her support encourages me to go for divorce(she wants me to go back to my husband). I go to work everyday and when i come back I pick up my son from school and i go home. On weekends I am with my son. I am not alone by myself and I have no chance of meeting other people. I have neither money to hire a babysitter not I can trust anybody.. What should I do? I feel so depressed..

I do everything that involves housework (and Im okay with it until he makes more unnessary work) Like I ask to take out the garbage, and he does after being asked 10 times. I ask him to clean a plate after he dirties it...after I did all the dishes, he just puts it in the sink, so I have to clean it.
He says clean the house better (his friends say its the cleanest house he ever lived in) he used to have dog **** and dead cats in his house as a kid and teen because his mother was a pig.
He leaves his dirty underwear on the bathroom floor...after I do all the laundry.
He puts his cig butts out of the front porch, I ask him to stop...he doesnt.
Maybe I sound like a nag....but guess what he drives me to it.
I am only 25, and I already take care of a toddler.
Why dont men do their part, are their any who do????

my gf wants me to meet her folks and i really dont want too.
she said that since shes meet my lil sister and my best friend that i have to meet her parents.
i told her i wouldnt meet her parents unless she met mine. i didnt think she would agree to it but she did i really dont want her to meet my parents she's all happy and says that she wants to see my baby pics but i havnt told her that my brothers have them and that im adopted.

My friend has been having marital troubles for approx. 2 months now. The woman who is cheating with her husband has a child that attends the same day care as my two children. So, I run into this "skank" almost everyday. This morning, I met up face-to-face with her in the hallway - and she smiled at me & my kids as we entered. I simply ignored her - when prior to two months ago, I used to say hello to her. I can't stand the sight of her and given the proper time and place - I would like to tell her off. I am loyal to my friend.

With 13 girls! they broke up. He went to Iraq, where he spent a yr. He claimed to have had a life altering exp seeing so much death & destruction on a daily basis.They began to write, talk on the phone. He seemed to have changed & grow up. he came home in Jan 2006, they married this June. Now he has been accused of cheating, by the girl he was supposed to be seeing. There is some truth to her story, but no concrete proof. This girl is 17, he is 25. My daughter has been informed but does not believe it. The person who became privy to this info has no reason to lie. What should I do, if anything?

With the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie doing so well, and Pirates 3 expected to do even better next year, is "a pirate's life" the next big thing in fashion? okay my friend Ashley....
Her mom has a history in drugs and so this lady her mom had been friends with a long time framed her... okay so Ashley's mom had these pills from a LONG time agoi and that lady begged her for them and kept begging so like her mom gave them to her so after that the lady asked if Ashley's mom could fill the perscription again and kept begging when her mom was in the store buying them the lady called the police and said she had stollen pills (the lady knowing that Ashley's mom had a history in drugs and prison) So I ask how can we (me and Ashley) help to proove that her mom is innocent her mom is scared to death because she does not want to be taken away from Ashley (bt going to prison ) again
Ashley is next to me in TEARS I feel soo sorry for her what can we do?? Oh and I didnt know what category to put this in ....

My bf constantly has a cigarrette in his mouth. Its the first thing he does when he wakes up and the last things he does when he goes to bed. First thing he does when we are out of the car is light a cig, if he doesnt have one in the car.
I dont get it.
When he has no cigs he is a major cunnt.
What makes ppl "need" a cig?
Its like so irritating.
