GET A PUBILC DEFENDER! Remember that quote if u represent yourself you have a fool for a lawyer.
I am not a lawyer, but would be very cautious what I said to the lawyer, especially if yo uappear like you've taken alot of drugs.
They should legalize pot!! good luck.

Try taking a paralegal course. It will help you develope your skills as a lawyer. Read case law and understand one thing. You may not understand why this decison is made. For example evidence. A district attorney is supposed to have evidence that can not be challenged, This does not happen in all states.
