He gave me some money while we were dating. I tried to pay him back, but he would not take the money. Now he is taking me to court. We never discussed any payment arrangements and he would not take any money from me while we were dating. I have to go to court.... what should I do.. Does he have a valid lawsuit... He only gave me $1,000.00.

My ex waited 11 days to get into another relationship?

My ex girlfriend waited 11 days after we broke up before starting an intimate relationship with another guy. We were seriously in love for over year and the longest, most serious relationship of both our lives. I feel a mixture of sadness, anger, jealousy, disgust, lust, shame and heartache.

So, my question is :) What relevant insight can you offer to help me feel better and not let this get to me?

So me and my fiance have been arguing lately, because his ex won't stop child support. Even though she came and dropped on of the boys off because she couldn't handle it, and the other one...well she just hasn't played her part to follow the court order where they are with her every other week or weekend. In fact, she hasn't called them to see how they are doing for a few weeks already! I just don't understand if she says it was never about the money, then why doesn't she stop the child support!! And now, WE need that extra $$ because having two more kids in our household requires it! I'm fed up, and we are in the process of taking her back to court, but you know how long those things can take. UUUURRRRGGGG

When I was in a relationship with a married man, people told me that the married man would always put me last and that I would spend most of my time alone while he was busy with his family. True but I recently met a single man (I know he is single) and we had two good dates and althought we talk for hours most every day, he has been too busy to go out this week. I was off two evenings but he was busy (exercising and other stuff) and now he has gone out of town and will come back next week to be busy againwith a school group. I know he is busy and stuff but I find myself home alone on a friday night with no where to go not unlike when I seen my married guy. It just seems like he could have made a couple hours for me yesterday afternoon and cut out one day of exercising. He lives outside of town and I can't go over to see him because I don't have a car. So I'm not convinced that is is more fun to date a single man.

A returned a message to a guy online that had no pic in his profile. He offered to send me a pic with or without pants. I told him no thanks. He said that I was being a fuddy duddy. I just have some standards and am not interested in seeing some loser without his pants. I think it is rude and trashy of him to even suggest that when he is on a legitimate dating sight, not a swingers sight.

I have 2 children, 9 and 13, their father was given physical custody in 2002. After living with me during his custody in 2004 he decided to take them and move them to CA. While there, their grades dropped, he remarried and my children are being "bullied" by their step-mother. They are here with me for the summer and they are begging me to stay here with me and start school. What are my rights and their rights? Does anyone know how I can keep my children here with me? (The father sent them on a one-way ticket, but expects me to pay for them to go back)
