You are not weird. Indeed, there is a lot of people that have varying interest in what you are describing.
The umbrella term for it is BDSM. This includes the bondage aspect and the sadism/masochism aspect, but it also includes the Dominant/submissive aspect as well. There are groups that get together and discuss this lifestyle, which includes sharing of fantasies and techniques. Sometimes there are private parties where people can "scene", which is to say engage in bondage and S&M. There are even large conventions that attract hundreds, even thousands of people for demonstrations and vending of "toys".
If you are interested in meeting up with like-minded people, there's likely a BSDM group in your area if you live in or near a sizable city. You can probably find them by doing a Yahoo! search. There are also on-line chat rooms which are convenient, but not quite as nice as face-to-face discussion.
You see, you are not alone. And yes, both men and women are into it.

I'm never in to pain, I don't understand why people want to be whipped or even spanked. But I LOVE being tied up and being licked all over. And I would adore tying you up and licking you until you got the bed soaked.
