Why do guys act differently when you and him are around his guy friends and way differently when you are alone..heres the story!

The other night we are at his friends house and just hanging out and we get into a little arguement and I decide not to blow up so I just went home early to calm the situation. Well since we were in front of his friends he had to make it look like hes the bigger person in the relationship and whatever he says goes. Take in mind hes in the military and 95% of his friends are too. after me being home he calls me and starts applogizing for acting the way he did and making it took like he was a complete idiot around his friends and how he made me look like the bad guy. but see he didnt say that in front of his friends he steped outside and called.

But right now we just got into an arguement over the phone and he blew up again like that b/c his good friend is with him. I tried talking to him about it and he just doesnt get it.what can I do about that?

If so, are you saying you don't want to be equal anymore?

Equality would mean you have to get some courage yourself and do 50% of the approaching and risk rejection too.

I saw some land whales at the pool today and wondered if they pay more than average size people's bathing suits.
My rationale for this question is simple: 2-3 times the material should equal 2-3 times the price.

Men 50, single and up that pose their interest on the web in wanting to meet intelligent and responsible ladies about the same. They want ladies with a good deal of life experience and common sense and integrity that can be a caring and a dependable friend. Then after said lady has demonstrated their intelligence, these guys cop out. What has happened to the ability to have a beginning communication with older men and women today. I am speaking to those who claim to be mature and educated. I see a lot of questions about connecting to a soul mate here, but true connections come from the heart and the mind, the the body will soon follow. How many men have married their school cheerleader or prom queen type and found themselves divorced and/or broke after being married to a high maintenance lady, not to mention his male acquaintances checking her out, and not knowing she's flirting with the pool contractor when he's not home. Guys, wake up to reality, life's to short to waste more time.
