I'm thinking about becoming married. Is it OK to be friends with past ex-lovers/girlfriends/boyfriends after we marry? Right, wrong, risky, impossible, OK, moral, immoral? What is the norm, or acceptable in our society?

It just me and my mom my father left awhile ago....dont get me wrong i help my mom clean all the time but she rather sit around smokin ciggs all day and drink coffee....my house is gross i have a baby on the way and i refuse to let my child live like this also i have been sick w/ kidney infections soo i never really get ac hance to clean and when i do she just makes it worst!! what the hell should i do.? ps i would move out but right now i can afford it!

I have a good friend who is in her 20's and she has a younger sister who is in her 20's as well. They have two parents the dad is a judge and the mother stays at home and doesn't work because she has diabeties. The sisters live at home.The mother was adopted, the father was not but, his parents passed a few years ago. The mother takes the older sister who is my good friend everywhere because she does not drive. She takes her to work, Jenny Craig, and the bar. The mother takes her to the bar and picks her up. She goes to the bar once or twice a week. Problem is she 215 pounds and drinks heavily there and picks up old men in their 50-60's. She does not follow her Jenny Craig diet at all. She has astma. And, she asked her mom if she could date one guy in his 50-60's and the mother said yes as long as you meet at a coffee shop. The younger sister cusses at the mother usually when it is her month she does not take meds for her PMS. Are the parents dysfunctional or is something else?

today we were getting new furniture and they took all the beds and couches in our house. All we had was one mattress until the new stuff came. Unfortunatley my dad and sister were at out of town and my dad went with her. So that meant i had to sleep on the bed with my mom. So then i went to sleep, my idea was to sleep the most possible distance away from her but i feel asleep b4 her, she was still watching tv. So im like w.e nothigns gonna happen. Usually in the morning i have erection (i was 13 and my mom was 37)....so i wake up with an erection but not only that, since i usually roll around in my sleep i find my self laying on top of my mom , and she was wearing lingerie,.all im wearing is boxers and im the same height as my mom so we are even. So im laying on top of her with an erection, that u can clearly see and she can feel. and it was touching her private part! i try to move off, but then she wakes up. i say "o God" and drop my head and it lands on her squishy breasts.what i do?

I'm starting high school this year and everyones pressuring me to change. I've always been one of the guys girl, not actually a girlfriend because I'm just all of their friends. I'm skinny so my sister keeps shoving skirts at me to wear. I've never been one to wear skirts and now she's got my whole family in on it. They're saying in high school I can't be like I used to. I am 22 yr, ol' lad wokring for a german IT co as a programmer. I know 5 foreign langs and 6 programming langs.. but that doesnt quench my thirst... i feel scared that i would be left out cold..so i devote all my time to increase my knowledge level and do more stuff...For me there are no weeknds no hols etc..its work round the clock...I just feel so inadeqaute at times.. Even when i go to bed. i am planning my next day...But i see there is life around me.. my friends having a great time.. but.. i feel so alienated.. why cant i enjoy life like them and say 'Its party time guys..lets enjoy and the 2mrow can take care of itself'... I want help.. Thanks in advance ..
