Yes and no. Depends.
Guys will use a girl for sex only, then move on when the feel the need. Horrible? Yes, it is. That's why you hopefully were warned back in the day about "guys saying anything to get down your pants." There is a good reason why all women should heed this message - IT'S TRUE.
Now, is every guy doing this to every girl he ever comes across? No.
But, before we continue, it should be noted women are known for doing the same.
