Could it be a polite rejection and decline since all of us are in the same clique in school? And yes she's been going out with a guy one or two movies while I have failed to ask her out so far.

upon clarification it's "Open for relationship" so how should one go about it? It's only been abt a mth since she found out I like her.

Many reasons:-
1. May be she is optimistic to get somebody whom she believes as her soul mate. U r her friend... but to be her BF u need to have sumthing more to carry.
2. may be she is confused abt her choices
3. may be she wants sumbody who is stable in his career and profession.
4. she is open to friendship but looking for sumone special with the qualities she has chalked in her choicest friend - Boy Friend
