I am a pastors wife and it just breaks my heart at the number of people whose live could be changed for the better. I am a living testimoney that there is a God.

because some people have difficulty in believing what they don't see.. if they would just look arounnd them, they will find millions of proof that he exists and that he is so mighty and powerful and they should believe in him. look at the world around you, could it have been created by itself?? look at yourself, how you breathe, eat, sleep. isn't that proof enough for them??? they just believe what they see or they just don't want to go by His rules

I think that the majority of people do. For me, the idea that there is one entity out there that made everything, watches and judges over everything and lets bad things happen to good people just does not make sense. Also just take into account how many times the beliefs in God/Gods have changed. From one to many, back to one again. Too many inconsistencies that to me adds up to the fact that the idea of God was made up to make people more comfortable with the unknown. It's too simplistic. I have a decent moral compass without the belief in a God and I don't judge people that do or do not believe. I live my life the best I can, rely on facts and treat people how I would like to be treated and mostly believe in myself to overcome whatever obstacles that I come across.

You should concetrate on your own personal relationship with God. And Pray for others and move on. You need not to be sorrowing and other people's disbelief you need to continue to rejoice in your own belief and not allow others to still your joy. Perhaps the person or persons you speak of today don't beleive now. but you don't know they could change tonight or tomorrow. Don't put your trust and your thoughts on man and what they say they believe or don't believe. Just Keep your joy and do your job by praying for all men. God is the one in control he is REAL AND Very much ALIVE. Don't turn your living testimoney into one who sorrows and grieves.

how can you beleive in some thing you have never seen heard or touched ok I dont believe in god and I did 2 combat tours in Iraq as a Marine sniper and I am still here but some of my real good friends that were like brothers to me believed in god and all that **** and guess what they didnt come back butI guess some people need some thing to believe in because its not enough for them to believe in them selves wow lady you asked the wrong ???? lol some things are better left alone right guys If you agree that people should believe in there selves instead of some thing you cant ever know if it is true give me a hell yea LOL

some people have come from a hard life, and it's hard for them to believe there is a god because if there is a god, why did he let those things happen to them, I do believe in god, but it is a very new belief, I came from a broken home, and many of the things that happened to me made me think if there were a god, that he was a cruel and unjust one. so in fact although that it may be hard for some to come to accept there is a god, it may be because they have a past that they haven't yet come to terms with.

I ofter wonder the same thing? People say they do not believe but when tragedy strikes their lives, upon whose name do they call? it is a choice God gave us freely to make. I believe in GOD, THE SON AND THE HOLY GHOST. And I serve him proudly, but we cannot force other to believe the way we do. We just pray for them. As Jesus told us to do and we live an example before them. Jesus came for the lost, not for the saints.

why is it so hard for people to belive he dosen't exist? i mean there is plenty of scientific evidence out there to prove that there were dinosaurs, and cavemen at some point in time, but the bible fails to mention them. why is that? maybe because the bible is a bunch of hooey
