I have a question for the guys out there. Why do guys prefer to date girls who are more popular, sophistated, and outgoing rather than the shy, sweet girls? I'm shy and I have observed that some of the guys I have dated prefer more outgoing girls. But, why what qualties do outgoing girls have vs. shy and sweet girls?

I have a friend she tends to be nice, but, we have nothing in common. When we talk on the phone the only thing we have to talk about is me because, she does not do anything, but be around old people all day. She does not have a boyfriend, or kids. She does not even live by herself, and she is 27. She is still a virgin, and is quick to tell what a person suppose be like in a marriage and relationship, when frankly she does not have a clue.On the other hand I am married and have kids, and she does really care for kids that much. When she calls it seems that she more concern about finding out my business. She does not tell me anything, which she probaly don't have anything to tell to begin with. She is really a good friend but, is noisy as hell and I don't want to be mean torwards her when she is asking me something personnel. I could just say you are being real nosy, but she waits until we are in a deep conversation and then catches me off guard. Someone tell me what to do?

My girlfriend who is a doctor was deceived and ultimately dumped by this guy a year and a half ago. She was devastated and grieved for months because she loved him so much. Now they are both remarried and he wants to take his son to see her for healthcare..his reason being that "she's the best". Arrogant? Insensitive? Nervy? You decide!

I've been married for about 3 years and lately I've developed an infautuation with a woman a few years younger than my wife. I haven't cheated, nor will I, actually I don't think the woman in question I'm infatuated with has even noticed I like her. The problem beside the above is that my wife is overweight (100lbs), and she acts as if she doesn't care. I don't dare bring that topic up, because it could cause hurting. For instance we were at an amusement park recently and she couldn't ride any of the rides(coudln't get the seat belts over). That's humiliating, not only for me, but I can't imagine how much for her. I really feel guilty, especially when we go anywhere, because I'm too embarassed to be seen with her. I don't mean to be cruel, it's just the way I feel. Sex is monotonous for the most part. We don't try anything new, and she's not the adventurous type. The infatuation woman is my wife's family (her cousin), and I am in no way related to her other than marriage. ??

I like this girl, and am always thinking of her. I can't get her out of my mind. I am a writer, and I always write things about her, poems and such. Why don't alot of people like me? Usually everyone I meet, don't find me interesting enough to be around. But all my friends find me outgoing, hilarious, and really fun to be around? My daughter's father committed suicide when she was four. Although she knew her father had died she was too young to understand the circumstances. Now that she is seven it is important that she knows the full truth from me before she learns it from someone else. Her brother who was a baby at the time is now four and is as yet unaware that my partner now is not his real dad although as far as he is concerned, he is his dad and has called him that since he could talk.
