how to mend my heart as the married man I was with for a year left me and we had a baby, told me i was the 1?

he told me i was the woman of his life, his soulmate, his everything, that he couldn't leave without me and then left me shortly after i gave birth to our son....went back to his family. his kids are teenagers so i am sure they are old enough to understand..but he is gone and has no interest in our child. i just don't understand

Last night my and my boyfriend got into a HUGE fight. I threw a toy at him that hit him in his mouth then he ran at me, grabbed me by my neck with both hands, threw me down on the ground and then hit me in the back of the head. My step dad is blaming me for him not being able to get a doctor because i charged a guy with sexual assult. He tried to get the paper to do a story about it without my permission, and because i have a hell of a cold and didn't want to go to his house at 1:00 in the morning to look after him he is acusing me of trying to kill him! he never said anything about not feeling well. He tells me the next day that his blood pressure was like 300, right!
