Well when I get mad I hit something, or just take it out on everyone.

Violence doesn't change anything, and it's very unkewl to take out your anger on others, especially if they had nothing to do with it.

The best thing to do is take a deep breath, examine why you are mad, and decide if it's really worth being upset over. If not, then let it go...if so, then figure out how to change (improve) the situation instead of just being mad and having a fit.

Treat others as you'd like to be treated...if you don't like people taking their anger out on you, don't do it to them.

Stay to myself and think about what it was that got me so mad and think it over really good. Because if you say something out of anger, you will end up saying something that you will regret in the end and you can't take back what you say. You can say I'm sorry a million times and that person might forgive you for what you said but they don't always forget!!!

You definitely have anger management issues. Counseling would probably help. You need to stop and count to 10 or more, whatever it takes. Think about the issue and the many possibilities of resolving it. A good night's sleep is always good. Things are always better in the morning. Talk it out! Chill out!

This may sound trite but I also get to the point where I could YELL or HIT things...I have tried (and it works); drawing out or writing out my feelings over and over on scrap paper and then tearing them up in little bits...it's cathartic since I can cry it out and also...exercise when you are angry if you have equipment that safe like a treadmill and get some music that's upbeat but fits the mood!

Hope this helps!

acknowledge your anger, it's natural. Then learn how to put it in perspective and use the energy for something productive. That's the psychodribble answer.

or put a 3 1/2 in mag in a 12 guage & blow something to bits. You may even get a meal out of it if you aim for the head!

To blow off some steam i listen to my favorite music and I talk to a friend that won't be judgemental and that will listen to everything i have to say. Taking it out on everyone is a bad way to get rid of that anger, because people will think that you're mean and who doesn't know how to control that anger.

Not a thing! Never react in anger everyone involved will be hurt. Always cool off before you do or say anything. If you are having a tough time with self control please get some help. I was like that for years and alot of damage was done.

Not cool, Dude. Nobody will want to be around you even when you are not mad. Get a ball and go outside and kick it round. You don't want to hurt someone in a fit of anger.

Change the way you feel and don't be angry. It does not feel good to be angry so why be angry. if t you take a hammer and smash your toes it hurts right it does not feel very good. so why do it again hit your hammer on your toes so it is with anger. just let it go man. you are in charge of your own feelings . don't be mad. be glad it is not worse.
