Kay, I know if a guy likes me by the way he acts with me. Usually they will tickle or poke me (they know that's my weakness) or they will keep glancing at me and when I look at them, quickly divert their gaze. Also if you catch them staring at you and they continue to I'm pretty sure that's a sign, either that or you have something really gross on your face. If they try to sit by you alot then that is a sign too... God luck...oh and wrong section btw. xoxo

If a woman makes the first move, a guy almost never refuses. Many guys find making the first move awkward because he doesn't want to make a mistake which makes him appear to be a "sleaze" rather than the good man he actually is.

Just tell him about his qualities which already influenced you, and tell him that if he have so and so qualites (Which you are expecting from a guy and those he dont have) more... you will fall in love with him, defenitely he will try to be more qualified and come to you.

watch him when he's looking at you, you should be able to tell if his eyes are lustful, or if he has genuine attraction for you, or if he just thinks you're a friend, if you can't do this im sorry, i would have never gotten a g/f if i couldnt

I dont know if he likes you because if he likes you that means he likes you. But not sure if he likes you then he doesn't like you which mean he won't like you but maybe he does like you. If he does like you he will like you and you like him and he likes you.
