how to mend my heart as the married man I was with for a year left me and we had a baby, told me i was the 1?
he told me i was the woman of his life, his soulmate, his everything, that he couldn't leave without me and then left me shortly after i gave birth to our son....went back to his family. his kids are teenagers so i am sure they are old enough to understand..but he is gone and has no interest in our child. i just don't understand
i know i shouldn't gone for it but i just believed we were really in love

You shouldn't have gotten involved with a married man in the first place. It's a bitter pill to swallow.

well bebe. I am sorry for your hurt and dis belief that what pain U gone through w/this guy caused to you. but what happens is this he didn't care at the time but wanted to see how far he wanted to go with you and thought he could put all his problems back on the shelf and thought he could leave them there. he might of have thought he really loved you at the moment. but as a year went by or did not want the responsibility's being with your child.did not want to get on with you where u had a baby by him or may be he never told anyone or his kids and former wife he met you a man never for gets his family or his former wife he never saids nothing about it to you cause he is not sure who he rally love's still it happens here I knew some one a women that went w/ a married man who went with here a yr. but he end up of going back to his former wife._______________________________________
I think the best thing is4you 2do is love this child
and try to find someone out there. let your mind heal first.... takes time to heal things just be wise next time that a man is divorced or not married and and look at him in the eyes when you talk to him to see if he can look at you back at the same time while you talk to him. I do at times cause sometimes men will not look in ur eyes at times when they talk to you. and don't allow him to seduce you sex can wait if he love you desision are best to make when ur a women is sure that a man loves you

chalk it up as a life experience and do the best you can for yourself and your baby . . not enough detail on ages and stuff but being that he has teenage children, I would guess he is older? . . anyway, make sure you are getting child support (file for it if you haven't) ....... broken hearts heal over time and yours will to

the best thing to do is care for yourself and your baby and learn from your experience. He was probably telling you these things because he wasn't happy at home and you were his way out for the time being.
