ok so one of my best friends just got her first bf (we are in the 9th grade) and its gone straight to her head and she thinks that just because she has a bf that me and her other bff are jealouse of her witch we are so not i mean we could care less. she spends most of her time with him and is blowing us off? what should i do?

We have been 2gether 22 yrs. raised 3 grown, well educated and productive children. Then suddenly in the last 3 yrs. he just stopped working. He got fired from the post office for not turning in paperwork he was supposed to. While I have always been the more responsible one, that was ok (retired receptionist, now disable}
because we both contributed to our future. Now he has stopped and looks to me for everything. I have a small income and I don't understand his logic. Even our kids are becomimg annoyed because he constantly ask them for things also. Has anyone gone thru a similiar situation as this? Could this be a midlife crisis? I am getting very tired of trying to make ends meet, and it doesn't seem to faze him at all.

My son is 13 now, and he DOES NOT want to go back to his dads (he has felt this way for a while now), and we have split custody, and he has the 51%, so he has more control. He does not want my son to live with me. He is a very controlling man, and gets off to controlling our son. I know that I can get a lawyer to help with this, but I do not have the $3000.00. Someone said that a paralegal would be cheaper, but the courts said that that would be illegal, because they are not a lawyer yet. Also, if the father would agree to the changes of child custody papers, then it would easy for me to file the petition myself, and go to court, and just have the judge sign the right papers. BUT, his dad will fight this till the very end, he does not like to lose control. Can anyone please help?
Legal Aid will not help me, cause we were never married, and there are no lawyers that do probono on this matter, I have checked every lawyer in phone book, and they all want 3-4 thousand upfront. Help!

I am in a long distance relationship and me and my guy were emailing back and forth last week for quite a long time when I got a phone call from my best friend so I picked it up and was on the phone with her for 15 minutes. When I returned back to continue emailing my guy he was very upset that I picked up the phone to speak to my friend and he said a couple of sarcastic comments because he was so upset about it. Did I do something wrong here? Should I not have picked up the phone when it rang? What does this say about him? I told him to leave me alone because I did not like to see that side of him and we did not speak on the phone or email for one week. I'd like to know what the big deal is in answering the phone especially when it's my best friend? He said I should have told her I was busy emailing him instead. Is this normal?

I want to just have a VERY small ceremony and my family agrees, but just counting his family and mine, that's already 35 people! We've already decided not to do all the traditional stuff like a dinner, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, and all that crap. My daughter is four and has been potty trained for two years. Now all of a sudden she wets her pants at least twice a day. I have taken her to a couple of Dr.and she's had test run which all come come back normal. We recently moved to be closer to family and she loves it here.She did change day cares and churches, does anyone know what's wrong with my little girl?
