First you gently approach the subject of their personal life and if there's anyone they're interested in, and if the answer is yes, then who specifically. If it's not you, be prepared to either fight or take a step back, if they are not interested in anyone right now then you have your answer. Either try to persuade them to start a relationship or respect their decision. If you truly feel frustrated by just being friends, then tell that person and see where it goes from there.

if Ur just friends hint it 2 them that u like them, and if Ur really bold tell some one that u know will tell that person or tell them.and if they like some else or just dnt like you now they know now u know so just in case in the future they know ur interested

i ask them if they have a girlfriend and if they say no i say hey wanna go eat something with me. do not be so scared of rejection. you are going to be rejected a thousand times before you live your life and die. so go for it. if she says no oh well move on to your next girl.

hey , if she's not dating anyone then you should ask for her number and talk to her. the worst that can happen is she says no. i say go for it you don't have anything to lose.
