I have this friend named James. I told James back in 2005 that i liked him. Ever since then he's been totally mean and rude to me. What does this mean? Should we remain friends?

You should talk to JAMES about it and tell JAMES that you stopped liking him a long time ago, and if JAMES is gonna be rude then you and JAMES can't be friends. There's a whole lot of people out there that will be your friend besides JAMES, but you never know, JAMES, might just be uncomfortable around you now.

Best guess he is either uninterested in pursuing a relationship or intimiated and therefore using his behavior to keep you at a distance. Either way it seems the healthiest thing to do is to move on and find someone else who will treat you with the respect you deserve, who knows, maybe James will have a change of heart once he sees you pursuing another guy.

Girl friend, They say if a person like you they are mean too you, but I dont' know how true that is. But love If he acting like that, the friendship must end. Let it go. He will be okay. Tell me this are in a relationship with someone else? That maybe the problem.

It means he's just not that into you!
You don't need rude or mean people in your life. You deserve better. You'll come across enough mean people without having to keep them in your cellphone.
Besides, if you're easily available to him and take the abuse, why should he change?

He does'nt want to date you. So he's trying to blow it off by being rude and obnoxious to give you a clue. This is how they work.
