Oh my gosh. Me and my best friend have been friends for 9 YEARS!!! And for the last couple week she has been talking about this guy named Cameron. She is soo obessed with him. But she is way too shy. Shes never asked a guy out by her self. She talks about MARRYING HIM. We was at a pool party and Cameron was there. The other girls were asking Cameron if he liked my Best friend. And then i went to talk to him about carrie. And he told me he was aiming to go out with me. He is really cute and nice. He about 2 years oler than my bf and 1 year older than me.Should I go out with this guy? I like him but I do not want my best friend to be mad at me. Should i wait till she doesnt like him anymore to date him?

I like to be very submissive in the bedroom told when, what, and how to do things. I like to be called names and a little of everything else. My counselor thinks it's a form of low self esteem, but I disagree I just like it.

In my personal day to day life I am very independent and self aware and I like to think that I have great self esteem.

So do I have low self esteem and I am just unaware or do I need to seek a new counselor?

like i've been through alot, my brother was in jail when i was 10, my other brother died 8 months ago, something that might have been considered sexual assault/statuatory rape happened and i can't get it out of my mind, i've been in a psych ward, i've tried to kill myself alot, and i have issues with cutting. i'm only 16.
my parents kno all of this, but they never mention me seeing a shrink. did they honestly expect me to come out of this okay and not scarred? i don't want to tell them that i think i need to go to a counselor. they'd say that i can talk to them about things, or they'd make me go to my church's counselor, whom i don't like and they kno that.
help??

One of the arguments that is levied against the legalization of gay marriage is that it would somehow undermine the current heterosexual institution of marriage. How? How would gays getting married have an impact on the institution or your personal marriage?

Given that the current divorce rate is at 50%, it's not as if heterosexuals show a great deal of respect to the institution or fidelity to their supposed life-long committments. What would be the additional negative consequence to heterosexuals of allowing gay people to marry?

i feel that this might be my final fight in life. And if " i were to lose this battle that ive been literally fighting with for 12 years then my will to live is gone" Dispite whatever anyone would say about me. THat i am a strong individual. I really am not, Im fragile insecure and lonely. Lonely because i push everyone away in my life. and the people that i beg to be close to are begging to be away from me. In one sense i am dying to be loved and in another dying because i feel i am not. Ive done alot of things in the past because i was crying out for attention and not just to hurt myself. But i am tried of the lack of attention i am getting im done with crying and this time will be the last time i ever hurt again. I am tried of feeling like i have resort to huffing to get ride my problems. I am tried of feeling like i should stop thinking about myself and think about some1 else. when no one around me is thinking about me to begin with. I give just give up. Im done with life. Why live and feel unlove. I am tried of feeling like i have to keep apologzing. I am tried of feeling like this. I think my journey has ended. My journey with life.....

I've posted a dilema I 'm having with a male friend of mine. We used to date. We no longer date. I'm married. He respects that, and I have nothing but respect for my husband and I would never cheat on him.

Why do I always have at least one person who assumes that I'm having an affair because I've had the same male friend for 11 years? My husband has seen me interact with this man. He's stayed with us in our house when he's had problems. He trusts us together. Why can't people understand this?

I asked out the boy, and he said yes. He kissed me when the date was over. I was so amazed that I sang "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney. I want to ask him to be my boyfriend. Can I do that? The kiss was on the lips!!

I have been with my husband for 4 years and am currently pregnant with our second child. My husband likes to crack jokes and stuff, which totally puts me out of the mood. What is a good way to keep the fire lit in the bedroom without getting him to crack a joke about the romance I seek?

I seem to notice there are more gays than lesbians around. Why is it more males like to be gays than females like to be lesbian? Am I wrong or is it true?
